This P.Diddy rant arrived in my inbox this morning via an e-newsletter Harper’s Weekly sends out:
P. Diddy announced that the rising price of fuel had forced him to give up private-jet travel. “Can you believe this, I’m actually flying commercial!” he said. “Gas prices are too motherfuckin’ high. I want to give a shout-out to all my Saudi Arabian brothers and sisters and all my brothers and sisters from all the countries that have oil. If y’all could please send me some oil for my jet, I would truly appreciate it.”
As Shawn Micallef at Spacing says, it’s hard to tell if it’s serious or a joke.
This promo spot for Planet Green (some sort of “Green” television network, I guess) featuring Ludacris and Tommy Lee arguing over who is more environmentally conscious is most definitely a joke. The money quote from Ludacris: “You know the hotel we’re staying at? You remember the hot tub, right? I filled it up with all women instead of water. Saved 150 gallons.”
